Drupal and Ruby on Rails seminar by OpenKick @ LD

Taking our endeavor in spreading Open Source knowledge in Gujarat to the next level, OpenKick organized yet another seminar in LD Engineering College, one of the most reputed colleges of Gujarat in collaboration with Computer Society of India (CSI).

The audience comprised of students from the 2nd, 4th and 6th semester of Engineering and MCA division. The seminar started off with me giving a brief background of OpenKick, the training division of Gloscon. Emphasis was laid on how adoption of open-source technologies by software professionals are the need of the hour and the career opportunities it has.
